How to Install Fuel Injectors on 94 95 Mustangs
The Mustang is a series of cars manufactured by the Ford Motor Company since 1964. The 1994 models were the first fourth generation Mustangs and represented a major redesign from the previous generation. The standard for the 1994 and 1995 Mustangs was a 6-cylinder 3.8-liter engine with electronic fuel injection. The fuel injector in these vehicles is located on top of the engine and is part of the fuel supply manifold assembly.

Open the fuel tank cap to relieve the pressure in the fuel tank. Connect fuel pressure gauge T80L-9974-B to the pressure relief valve on the fuel supply manifold. Place the open end of the hose for the fuel pressure gauge into a container approved for gasoline. Open the pressure gauge to relieve the pressure in the fuel system and disconnect the pressure gauge from the relief valve.
2Release the retaining clips for the fuel lines on the fuel supply manifold and remove the vacuum line on the fuel pressure regulator. Detach the fuel lines from the fuel supply manifold and disconnect the retaining bolts on the fuel supply manifold with a socket wrench.
3Rock the fuel rail assembly back and forth gently to detach it from the fuel injectors. Use the same technique to disconnect the fuel injectors from the intake manifold. Replace any damaged O-rings for the fuel injectors.
4Apply a thin layer of engine oil to the O-rings and install them on to the fuel injectors. Connect the fuel injectors to the fuel rail by gently pushing and twisting the fuel injectors. Install the fuel rail assembly onto the fuel supply manifold and ensure the O-rings are properly seated.
5Tighten the mounting bolts for the fuel supply manifold with a torque wrench. These mounting bolts require a torque of 15 to 22 foot-pounds for the 3.8-liter and 5.0-liter engines and 71 to 106 inch-pounds for the 4.6-liter engines. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel supply manifold and connect the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator. Attach the retaining clips for the fuel lines on the fuel supply manifold.
6Turn the ignition on for a few seconds to pressurize the fuel system and start the engine. Check and correct any fuel leaks.

95 Camaro Turns Over Wont Start
If you have a 95 Camaro that will turn over but wont start, there are several things that you need to check before you have it hauled to a service shop. Since the motor cranks over you can be sure that you do not have a dead battery--if the battery were dead, the motor would not crank. You can also be sure that your starter and your alternator are functioning. The problem could be a clogged fuel filter, a faulty engine coil or low fuel.

Turn the ignition to "on."
2Allow the gauges to pressurize and then check the fuel level. If you have enough gas to start the car, it might be that the gas gauge is faulty, and you should have it checked. If you dont have enough gas to start the car, add one gallon of gas.
3Try to start the Camaro again. If the car starts, you need to replace the fuel gauge.
4Get a mechanic to change out your fuel filter. Mechanics have specialized tools for changing out fuel filters.
5Have the mechanic check your engine coils. If an engine coil fails, the car will not be able to start properly.

How to Replace a 95 Accent Hyundai Timing Belt
The Hyundai Accent is a subcompact car in production since 1994. The first generation of the Accent includes the model years 1994 through 1999. These vehicles have several different engine options, with a four-cylinder 1.5-liter engine being the standard. This engine has a single overhead camshaft, requiring a timing belt to synchronize the movement of the camshaft and crankshaft. The timing belt on the 1995 Hyundai Accent requires replacement approximately every 60,000 miles.

Disconnect the negative battery cable with a socket wrench to avoid starting the engine inadvertently. Remove the accessory drive belts, crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley. Disconnect the bolts for the timing belt cover and remove the cover.
2Turn the crankshaft clockwise to align the timing marks. The timing mark on the crankshaft must align with the timing mark on the front of the crankcase and the timing mark on the camshaft must align with the timing mark on the cylinder head.
3Loosen the tensioning and pivot bolts on the timing belt tensioner with a socket wrench. Pull the tensioner towards the water pump as far as possible and tighten the adjusting bolt to hold the tensioner in place. Remove the timing belt from the camshaft and crankshaft sprockets. Disconnect the sprockets for the crankshaft and camshaft. Remove the flange for the crankshaft sprocket.
4Connect the flange and sprocket to the crankshaft with a socket wrench. Tighten the mounting bolts to between 51 and 72 ft. lbs. with a torque wrench. Connect the camshaft sprocket and tighten its mounting bolts to between 47 and 54 ft. lbs. if your vehicle identification number begins with a J. Tighten the mounting bolts for the camshaft sprocket to between 58 and 72 ft. lbs. if your vehicle identification number begins with an E.
5Turn the crankshaft and camshaft clockwise to align their respective timing marks. Place the timing belt onto the crankshaft sprocket and camshaft sprocket in that order. Install the back of the belt over the wheel for the timing belt tensioner. Turn the camshaft sprocket counterclockwise to place tension on the timing belt and align its timing marks.
6Loosen the mounting bolts for the timing belt tensioner with a socket wrench. This step allows the spring on the timing belt tensioner to apply tension to the timing belt. Insure the timing belt engages all of the teeth on the camshaft pulley.
7Tighten the adjusting bolt for the timing belt tensioner to between 15 and 18 foot-pounds with a torque wrench. Tighten the pivot bolt to between 15 and 18 foot-pounds. Turn the crankshaft one complete clockwise to seat the timing belt and align the timing marks. Loosen the attaching bolts on the timing belt tensioner with a socket wrench to allow the tensioner to adjust the tensioner the timing belt. Tighten the adjusting bolts.
8Adjust the tension on the timing belt by pulling the timing belt towards the water pump. The timing belt is at the proper tension if the timing belt teeth come halfway across the the head of the adjusting bolt for the timing belt tensioner.
9Install the timing belt covers, crankshaft pulley, water pump pulley and accessory drive belts with a socket wrench. Attach the cable to the negative battery terminal and check the vehicle for proper operation.

How to Change the Fuel Pump on a 95 Ford 7 3 Diesel
An 8-cylinder 7.3-liter diesel engine is one of the engines that Ford uses in full-size pickup trucks. This engine is most common in the F-250 3/4-ton and F-350 full-ton pickup truck. The fuel system for this engine requires the fuel pump to deliver fuel under high pressure. The fuel pump for this engine is located in the engine compartment on top of the engine. A turbocharged engine will also require you to remove the turbocharger prior to replacing the fuel pump.

Disconnect the banjo bolt for the fuel line on the fuel pump with a socket wrench. Remove the fittings for the fuel line at the rear of the cylinder heads and discard the old seal rings. Release the clamps for the fuel pump lines on the front of the fuel pump and detach the fuel lines.
2Disconnect the drain hose from the fuel filter and remove the fuel filter with a socket wrench. Loosen the retaining bolts for the fuel pump retaining bolts and pull the fuel pump from the crankcase. Discard the O-ring and disconnect the tappet of the fuel pump from the crankcase bore.
3Connect the fuel pump tappet to the base of the new fuel pump and replace the O-ring on the fuel pump. Install the new fuel pump into the crankcase and fasten the mounting bolts with a socket wrench.
4Install the fuel filter and fasten its mounting bolts with a socket wrench. Attach the drain hose to the fuel filter and connect the fuel lines to the front of the fuel pump. Tighten the clamps on the fuel line and install new seal rings on the rear of the fuel pump.
5Install the fittings for the fuel lines towards the rear of the cylinder heads without tightening them. Install the banjo bolt onto the fuel pump and tighten it to 40 ft. lbs. with a torque wrench. Tighten the fittings for the fuel line with a socket wrench.

How to Troubleshoot a 95 Buick Century
The 1995 Buick Century was available in Special, Custom and Limited editions, each equipped with front-wheel drive and an automatic transmission. Regardless of the type of Century you own, problems can occur during ownership such as overheating, power steering going out and issues with tires and brakes. You can troubleshoot your vehicle to find the problem and save you a lot of money.

Open the hood of the car while the engine is running and listen for the sound of the fan(s) running. This is an indication of the engine overheating.
2Turn the engine off and check the fluid level in your coolant. Wait until the car cools down as it is easy to burn yourself when checking fluid levels of a hot engine. If the coolant is low, refill to the "Full Hot" coolant line. If you notice the fluid leaking, this can indicate a possible leak in your radiator hoses, heater hoses, water pump or another part of the cooling system.
3Remove the dipstick from the power steering compartment while the engine is off. The power steering compartment is located on the passenger side of the engine. Wipe the dipstick with a clean rag and reinsert. If the fluid level is below the "C" mark you may experience difficulty with the power steering. Add fluid and recheck to verify you have added the right amount.
4Inspect your tires to see if there are any bulges, cracks or splits in the tire. Check the treadwear of your tires to determine if you need to replace them. Poor tire conditions can lead to flat tires. Also, the cord or fabric inside the tire should not be showing through the rubber.
5Listen for a high-pitched sound while driving and whether it stops when you press on the brakes. This may be an indication that your brake pads are worn. Unless you are skilled in brake repair, take your car to a repair shop for inspection and possible brake replacement. It is a good idea to have your front and rear brakes checked at the same time.
