BMW
The S85 Camshaft Alignment Tool Kit comes with a camshaft lock, and the camshaft lock fits between the sprockets of the camshaft, keeping it from moving. The Lisle LIS36880 Dual Overhead Cam Lock Tool is a universal tool that works with any engine that uses a dual overhead camshaft. This tool features two large, rectangular blocks at the end of a central shaft, and the blocks fit into the camshaft sprockets. Use this tool when changing the timing belt or chain.
